In Woodstock there's the Oxfordshire County Museum and garden, lots of places to eat (including Crown pub on the corner of our block, «Hampers» right next door to us, and the «Woodstock Coffee Shop» across the road), plus other interesting shops too! Our One Village Worldshop in Woodstock is entirely powered by renewable energy. For lighting, we only use super-efficient LEDs. We achieve excellent levels of light whilst keeping our electricity consumption extremely low. For heating, we use healthy infrared panels. Much of this electricity is supplied from our own solar array high on the roof, from which any excess generation is fed into the local grid to benefit elsewhere in Woodstock. Any requirements additional to our own generation are purchased from a 100% renewables source.
