2. Your order is in your control. The order is not sent to us until you click right through the checkout. Within seconds after that, we send an automated email confirmation. If anything is not what you intended, or if you wish to cancel your order, simply email a reply.

3. We take security very seriously. Transmission of your card details is safely encrypted (we use an SSL [secure socket layer] system with ultra-secure 128bit encryption). Your information can only be read by us. Critical card information is automatically and securely discarded after we have finished your transaction. Security systems have been independently verified. 4. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (except weekends or holidays), or to tell you if a longer delay is likely so that you can decide whether to wait or to cancel your order. Your account is not charged until we are about to pack and dispatch your order.

5. At the checkout, we ask for your name and address, and for other information necessary for us to process your order. For monitoring and security purposes, our systems also automatically record information about your internet connection including the IP address from which you have placed your order. Cookies help us to monitor website usage so that we can try to improve this service.
    The information collected during the ordering process is kept securely within One Village and is not shared with others. We do not pass on customer information to others.     We might use some of the details you give so that we can contact you again – especially to keep you informed about our services, products, and special offers. 6. We want you to be delighted. If you decide not to keep any of your purchases, if from the UK you return unwanted articles to us in new condition within 21 days of delivery we will, whichever you prefer, either [1] replace (subject to availability), or [2] refund your account the amount you paid. If you return something because you have changed your mind, your return postage costs are not normally refunded. In UK, this is extra to your UK statutory rights; your UK statutory rights are not affected.
6(b). In addition to our offer, UK customers have a statutory right to cancel the order and to receive within 30 days of cancellation a refund for the cancelled goods. If after receipt of the goods you intend to exercise cancellation as your statutory right, you must write to us within 8 days of the date of arrival. We ask you to return any products cancelled in this way to reach us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. The cost of the return must be met by yourself. Please tell us that you have sent off the goods, or when you intend to.
In such circumstances if you do not return the products yourself you must (until we have recovered the goods) take care of the goods at your expense and make them immediately available for collection and the costs of recovery will be deducted from the refund or charged extra if necessary.
